Effective: October 20, 2026Questions: [email protected]

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of birchfront.com (the “website”), operated by Birchfront (“Birchfront”, “we”, “us” or “our”) of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Information only

The website provides general information about our services. It is not legal, privacy, compliance, tax or other professional advice.

3. Product demonstrations

Conversations, workflows and interface examples on the website are illustrative demonstrations. They are not real client interactions and do not guarantee that any particular feature, channel or integration will be available for your business.

4. Pricing

Prices on the website are indicative starting prices in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. They are not an offer, and we may change them at any time. Final pricing, scope and deliverables are set out in a written proposal or agreement. Third-party software and messaging fees may be additional.

5. Free automation audit

Requesting a free automation audit does not create any obligation for you or for us. Our recommendations are based on the information you give us, and you decide whether to act on them.

6. Our services

Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies to those services.

7. No guaranteed results

We design systems to improve responsiveness and reduce repetitive work. We do not guarantee bookings, revenue or other business results, which depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Acceptable use

When using the website, you agree not to:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose;
  • submit false information, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others;
  • upload or send malicious code;
  • attempt to disrupt or overload the website, get around its security features, or access it without permission; or
  • copy or collect content from it by automated means without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

The Birchfront name and logo, and the website's design and content, belong to Birchfront or its licensors. You may view the website for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, change or reuse its content without our permission, except as the law allows.

10. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

11. Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the website, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Birchfront is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to CAD $100. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law. It does not apply to services provided under a separate agreement, which that agreement governs.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree that the courts of Alberta sitting in Calgary have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms or the website.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
